The Anderson Advantage Group offers leadership, training, and organizational development through each of its Cohorts (Coaching, Education, Women, International and ISTY™). Each of the Cohorts can function independently or in concert, one with the other.
The training schedule, activities, and hours, are flexible and can be tailored for each organization's needs and requirements. Customized training activities are specifically designed as interactive-facilitated sessions. These may include small breakout group, guided-discoveries, breakthrough interventions, and an assortment of other wide-ranging, productive, intervention strategies.
The Leadership, Training, and Development (LTD) Program provides a focus for each of the Cohorts and can include an intensive leadership seminar program that explores the nature of power, authority, and supervision of leaders. Other topics are also addressed in and diverse other topics. These seminars are intended for people committed to developing their full leadership potential in order to make meaningful contributions to their organizations and communities.
