The Education Cohort

The Education Cohort is designed to support and improve the professional excellence and services provided by educational leaders in their evermore diverse educational communities. The focus of this Cohort is to guide senior level administrators to meet the growing list of demands and obligations encountered within their schools and educational programs and settings.

TAAG works with principals, heads of school, and other key personnel as they integrate and develop their personal approach to leadership congruent with the families and communities being served; foster a winning climate within the educational system that invites all personnel to excel; and realize high levels of achievement and leadership in the day-to-day interactions with students, families and other stakeholders.

Designed to address the needs of changing demographics and communities

Leadership management seminars
Designed to reposition the professional educational team through powerful negotiated communication skills

Parker Anderson has had over twenty years of working in education and the field of training and development. During that time she specialized in working in bilingual, early childhood education and she has a trained background in communication disorders and special education.
