Yes. Coaching is not therapy. Coaching is designed specifically for healthy and successful people to achieve their goals.

How long does the coaching relationship last?
The length of the coaching relationship depends entirely on the client. Some clients hire a coach to work on a specific topic, and in so doing complete their personal objective in just a few short months. Other clients may choose to extend the coaching relationship beyond the minimum commitment of four months.

What is the role of the coach?
The role of the coach is to listen, query, support, and acknowledge the goals and desires of the client. The coach helps the client cultivate personal awareness and accountability.

Is the coach responsible for the results?
The coach helps to support the client’s success. The results you achieve are your accomplishments.

What is the average length of the coaching session?
In-person or telephone coaching sessions last about 45 minutes and are scheduled by appointment. Group sessions are available upon requests. Confidentiality is strictly maintained.

What are the fees for coaching?
Coaching fees for individuals range from $250-550 dollars per month. Group rates, (including religious organizations and or youth groups and individuals or corporations seeking long term retainer rates) are negotiated separately.

Are scholarships available for individuals?
The Anderson Advantage Group (TAAG) is committed to recognizing the value of coaching for all individuals. As such, individuals who seek financial support, as a step toward creating their magnificent life, should discuss opportunities for receiving financial aid with their designated coach. All arrangements are considered confidential and are generously supported through TAAG’s, ISTY (In Service To You) Cohort.

Can I help support TAAG’s, ISTY (In Service To You) Cohort?
Yes you can! Financial support is welcomed and checks can be made payable to TAAG’s, ISTY (In Service To You) Cohort. Funds contributed to this Cohort will help to provide quality coaching services to individuals that may otherwise be unable to receive coaching services.

What does the coaching content look like?
During the first coaching session, which is also called an "intake", the coach and client determine which areas of personal and/or professional development the client would like to work on. This will provide the coaching "game plan" for the coaching sessions. Typical coaching issues for business professionals include leadership development, creativity training, and career assessment. Typical coaching issues for individual clients include visioning, building abundance, creating “soul” full relationships, and charity, giving to get back, a magnificent life.

How do I know if coaching is for me?
A good way to learn more about coaching and to see if it would support you in the effort you are making is to call and request a sample coaching session. These free, thirty minute, complimentary sessions are offered to persons interested in being coached, on a one-time only basis and give you a full-fledged experience of coaching.
