M. Parker Anderson

M. Parker Anderson is a senior partner with The Anderson Advantage Group. In this capacity, Ms. Anderson specializes as a master coach and trainer, in leading, directing, and supporting individuals, groups, and communities to achieve successful results.

Ms. Anderson’s professional background and experience is in the area of educational leadership, diversity training, and organizational development. Her areas of strength include adult education; relationship building; strengthening and improving educational systems through their leaders; and initiating standard setting and quality improvement goals for international communities and organizations.

Often considered an internationalist, Parker Anderson has lived and/or worked throughout the globe including Africa, the Caribbean, Europe, and South America. Parker is multilingual and she has authored various articles or professional manuals on teacher training, diversity, and conflict resolution.

Ms. Anderson is an internationally recognized bilingual expert in the fields of education, communication’s training, and leadership development. She is a graduate of Boston University, University of Massachusetts, and the Coach for Life, Master Coach Training Program. She is a past member of the American Society for Training and Development, the National Association of Female Executives and the National Association for Bilingual Eduation. Currently, she is a member of the International Coach Federation, Coachville and the International Association of Coaches where she serves as the team leader for International Teams and Projects.

Parker has dedicated her personal and professional career toward improving through coaching the dignity and respect of people worldwide. She currently resides in Washington, D.C.
